Very open and welcoming environment with amazing instructors and staff! Everyone is super friendly, and the studio does a great job promoting women empowerment and self acceptance.The classes are very fun and upbeat. The workouts are intense, but still doable for all shapes and sizes.Loving it so far, and can’t wait for my next class!

Kait is a very genuine and caring coach. She takes on limited clients so she can give them all the attention they need to reach their goals. She's consistently offering new programming to adapt to online workouts and support as well as educating herself and passing that knowledge to her clients. Kait promotes a community and engaging support system among her members that makes you feel welcome and supported at all times. She really listens to your feedback and adapts to you as an individual. I feel blessed to have found Kait and hope she likes me as much as I like her cause she's stuck with me :)

The strength training I have received here has been incredible. I joined as a 50 y/o man who has been going to the gym since my thirties but plateaued long ago without a clear sense of how to up my workouts safely. Before my sessions at Personal Edge, I had gotten into a routine of working out (5 days a week) but then injuring myself resulting in three months of physio and a break from the gym, only to start back at square one.It's been about five months now training twice a week at Personal Edge (and continuing my work outs 3 times at my regular gym on my own). The training I received on a) proper form and b) maximizing my time at the gym has been invaluable to me and well worth the cost of the training. My trainer, Ian, is highly knowledgeable not only about strength training and injury prevention, but also about recovery.I highly recommend Personal Edge Training if you are serious about upping your workouts or even just wanting to figure out how to start. I've seen clients of all ages and shapes, with all sorts of needs. These small boutique gyms always look a bit intimidating (as it did to me at one point), but the trainers at Personal Edge are really relaxed and inclusive, and always positive and encouraging.

KeepFit Women
I first signed up with KeepFit Women for StrollerFit when I was 10 months post-partum. The program was such an amazing way for me to safely get back into a routine with fun and different sessions. Having a community of women going through a similar phase of life was also incredibly helpful and motivating. I am now taking part in my first Small Group FitCamp and feel AMAZING. I was a bit nervous going into the program that I wouldn't be able to keep up with some of the other women who had been training with Jeenie much longer than me, but that feeling quickly faded. These programs use anything but a one-size-fits-all approach. There are options for EVERY exercise we engage in. Not only is there zero shame if a movement doesn't work for you, but we are encouraged to listen to what our body is telling us, and Jeenie will help us to adapt. Jeenie's encouragement and attention to our form has allowed me to get the most out of every single workout. I have even discovered an alignment issue in my knees because of Jeenie's precision that I never even knew I had, and now, I'm working on treating this issue and improving other areas of my life. So glad I joined this community!
